Sprinkled across 120 waterfront acres are the shops, nightclubs, restaurants and entertainment sites that collectively make up Downtown Disney.  Downtown Disney consists of three distinctive parts; the Marketplace, Pleasure Island and West Side.  All three sections are connected  by walking paths, and water taxi service after 6pm.  Downtown Disney is THE place to be after dark.

A six acre nighttime entertainment complex, Pleasure delivers a wealth of options that nicely top off a day at the parks.  Most clubs open at 7 or 8pm, and don't close until 2am.  There is no fee to explore Pleasure Island or eat at restaurants before the clubs open, however, after 7:00pm, a single admission of $20 will give you access to all clubs and areas of the island all evening.  Certain park passes include admission to Pleasure Island.

Adventurer's Club - This place is modeled after the paneled libraries and elegant salons of similar salons of the 19th century.  The 2 story club is littered with "stuff", so stroll around all you like.  If you sit at the bar, your stool may slowly sink toward the ground.  In the library, a haunted organ sets the scene for outrageous storytellers.  The show is a little silly, but entertaining.
BET Soundstage Club - Operated by Black Entertainment Television, this club features the best in rhythm and blues and hip-hop.  A tempting selection of appetizers are available.
Comedy Warehouse - A comedy troupe performs five times each evening.  It's a funny, entertaining show that features improvisational comedy based on audience suggestions.
8 Trax - Music from the early seventies and the disco era fills this dance spot.  The staff even dresses in polyester.  The club has eighties nights every Thursday.
Mannequins - Lights, contemporary dance music, and overall exuberant atmosphere dominate the scene.  The name comes from the many mannequins serving as props.  The main dance floor is actually a big turntable with lighting serving as an attraction in itself.  Mannequins house dancers occasionally perform on an elevated stage area.
Pleasure Island Jazz Company - Reminiscent of jazz clubs from the 1930s, the interior of this spot resembles an old warehouse.  There is live entertainment featuring jazz from the 1930s to the present.  The music is not too loud, so conversation is possible.  Tapas style appetizers are served.
Rock-n-Roll Beach Club - A combination of dancing and surfer style  decor awaits guests here.  The dance floor is on the lower level and there are billiard tables and games on the other two floors.  Live bands perform hits from the 1960s to the present.  Light snack are available.
Wildhorse Saloon - A dance hall, restaurant, and concert hall all wrapped up in one.  There is an emphasis on new country music with group line dancing.
Late Night Street Party - At Pleasure Island, every night is New Years Eve.  There's a fireworks display, special effects lighting and confetti, and a troupe of dancers entertaining on an outside stage.
West End Stage - Bands perform here nightly (sometimes some major acts)
